1. Scope of service

InvestorLens provides startup-readiness analysis, pitch deck feedback, fundraising narrative observations, readiness scoring, and related educational materials. Reports are based on the materials and context submitted by the user.

2. No regulated financial, legal, tax, accounting, or valuation services

InvestorLens is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, placement agent, finder, fiduciary, law firm, accounting firm, valuation firm, or fundraising intermediary. InvestorLens does not provide securities advice, investment recommendations, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, valuation opinions, or fairness opinions.

3. No guarantees

InvestorLens does not guarantee funding, investor interest, investor meetings, valuation outcomes, customer acquisition, business success, investment results, or fundraising success. Any scores, observations, or recommendations are educational and should be reviewed independently by the founder and their qualified advisers.

4. User materials and permissions

By submitting materials, you confirm that you have the right to upload and share those materials with InvestorLens for analysis. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and completeness of all submitted materials.

5. Use of submitted materials

InvestorLens may review and process submitted pitch decks, financial models, business plans, company descriptions, and related materials solely to provide the requested analysis, operate the service, and provide related support. InvestorLens does not sell, publish, broker, circulate, or share submitted company materials with investors, mentors, accelerators, or other external parties as part of its service.

6. Third-party service providers

InvestorLens may use trusted third-party tools and service providers, including AI processing providers, document processing tools, hosting, payment, form, storage, analytics, and email providers, to operate the service and deliver requested reports. These providers may process submitted information only as needed to support the requested service. This technology-provider processing is separate from sharing materials with investors, mentors, accelerators, or other external parties; InvestorLens does not distribute founder materials as part of its service.

7. AI-assisted outputs

InvestorLens reports may be AI-assisted and may contain errors, omissions, incomplete reasoning, or interpretations that require human review. Users should not rely on InvestorLens outputs as the sole basis for business, legal, financial, investment, or fundraising decisions.

8. Payments and refunds

Customized digital reports require time, analysis, and processing. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, fees are generally non-refundable once analysis has begun. InvestorLens may provide reasonable support for technical issues, duplicate charges, or inability to access a purchased deliverable.

9. Confidentiality and security

InvestorLens takes reasonable steps to protect submitted materials, but no online transmission, storage, or AI-enabled workflow can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid submitting information they are not authorized to share.
