3. Uploaded company materials

Uploaded materials may include confidential startup information. Submitted materials remain founder-controlled. InvestorLens uses pitch decks, financial models, business plans, and related company materials only to provide the requested analysis, operate the service, and provide related support. Users should upload only materials they are authorized to share.

4. AI and service providers

InvestorLens may use carefully selected third-party technology providers, including AI tools, document processing tools, secure form providers, storage providers, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting providers, and email providers to operate the service and prepare requested reports. These providers may process submitted information only as needed to support the requested service.

5. What we do not do

  • We do not sell pitch decks, financial models, business plans, or founder materials.
  • We do not publish, broker, circulate, or distribute submitted company materials.
  • We do not share submitted materials with investors, mentors, accelerators, or other external parties as part of our service.
  • We do not use submitted materials to solicit investments, arrange fundraising transactions, or make investor introductions.

6. Data retention

InvestorLens may retain submitted information for a reasonable period to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, improve report quality, or comply with operational obligations. Users may request deletion of their materials, subject to legal, payment, security, and backup limitations.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no digital service can promise complete security. Users should not submit information they are not comfortable processing through online tools.
